Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what Homefield (operated by SWNW Signals LLC, an Oregon limited liability company) collects, why, and who we share it with. It applies to the Homefield website, your league's generated site, and your league's Telegram bot.

1. What we collect

• Account info — email and identity data handled by our authentication provider when you sign in.
• Sleeper league data — league name, rosters, standings, matchups, and usernames, pulled from Sleeper's public API for the leagues you connect.
• Telegram data — your league bot's token, the connected group's chat ID and title, and the content of messages needed to process commands (like a /propose or /trash-talk), plus the Telegram user ID and display name of whoever sends them.
• Dues status — who a manager or commissioner has self-reported as paid. We never see or collect actual payment details for dues — Homefield doesn't process that money at all.
• Credit and billing records — your AI credit balance and transaction history. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
• Basic usage data — collected by our hosting provider to keep the site running and diagnose problems.

2. How we use it

To run the service you signed up for: rendering your league site, operating your league's bot, generating AI content when requested, tracking your AI credit balance, processing payments, and responding to support requests.

3. Who we share it with

We share the minimum data needed to operate the service with:

• Our authentication provider, to manage sign-in.
• Our database and hosting providers, to store and serve league and site data.
• OpenRouter, which routes AI generation requests to third-party model providers — it receives the content needed for that specific feature (e.g., team names and stats for a recap), not your account email or payment info.
• Telegram, for anything that happens through your league's bot — subject to Telegram's own privacy policy.
• Sleeper, as the source of your league's public data — subject to Sleeper's own terms.
• Our payment processor, for purchases and subscriptions.

We do not sell your data.

4. Data retention

We keep data for as long as your account or league is active. If you delete your league or account, we delete or anonymize the associated data, except where we're required to retain records (like transaction history) for legal or tax purposes.

5. Your choices

You can disconnect your league's Telegram bot or delete your league at any time from the dashboard. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, contact adesena13@gmail.com.

6. Children's privacy

Homefield is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

7. Security

We rely on reputable infrastructure providers and reasonable security practices, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
