Protect Ya Bets

Same philosophy as Dues: Homefield never touches money, it just keeps track of the wager and who won. You'll need to have claimed your team first (see Proposals & voting).

On the site: propose a bet against another manager, with a description and an optional stake. They have to accept it before it's "on" — proposing alone doesn't make it real.

In Telegram: reply to the person you're betting with this command (stake is optional). Both of you need to have run /link first so the bot knows who's who.

Lists every open (pending or active) bet in the group.

Only the commissioner can settle a bet (decide who won) — that happens on the site, not in Telegram, since there's no way to prove who's the commissioner from inside a chat.

Either party, or the commissioner, can cancel a bet before it's settled.
